We currently ship throughout South Africa using Aramex Store-to-Door delivery services.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • courier operational delays,
  • public holidays,
  • adverse weather conditions,
  • strikes,
  • high order volumes,
  • incorrect delivery information,
  • remote delivery areas,
  • or events beyond our reasonable control.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers, including Aramex, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • providing accurate delivery information;
  • ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel where applicable;
  • and monitoring tracking updates once dispatched.

Additional courier fees may apply for:

  • failed deliveries,
  • incorrect addresses,
  • returned parcels,
  • or re-delivery requests.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at [EMAIL ADDRESS].

We reserve the right to investigate courier claims before approving replacements or refunds.
