Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.lunalux27@gmail.com

In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), defective goods may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund within 6 months of delivery, subject to inspection. This does not apply to damage caused by misuse, negligence, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or improper use.

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), eligible online purchases may be cancelled within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

We do not accept returns for:

  • custom-made or personalized items,
  • digital products or gift cards,
  • hygiene-sensitive products once opened,
  • clearance or non-returnable sale items,
  • or products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed and may be approved at our discretion. Approved returns may be subject to handling or restocking fees.

Refunds are processed after returned goods are received and inspected and may take up to 15 business days.

To request a return, please email info.lunalux27@gmail.co.za with your order number and reason for return before sending any items back.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under South African consumer law.
